The identity of the registrant and signatories are guarantees through the OTP OTP electronic signature

In Italy, e.g. thanks to the integration with the Public Digital Identity System, the notarization process and the signing of the notarized documents takes place through the SPID system, which guarantees the identity of the registrant and signatories in a certain and third-party way with respect to the platform.

We following the evolution of the EU Wallet identity (the new eIDAS) in order to integrate it in iuScribo as soon as will be released.
